Panic Attacks

Panic attacks are a type of anxiety disorder marked by rapid, intense, and sudden episodes of anxiety or fear that usually peak within a couple of minutes. These episodes may cause physical symptoms such a rapid heartbeat, trouble breathing chest pain, and chest discomfort. Psychological symptoms can include feelings of imminent doom or fear or detachment and psychological signs such as a feeling of imminent doom or fear or death, or feelings of impending doom. They are often associated with anxiety disorder. This is evident by frequent panic attacks, fear of the future, and avoiding or avoidance of attacks. Panic attacks and panic disorder could create significant disruptions to the life of a person and adversely impact their ability to function at work, school and with personal relationships. There are many treatments that are based on evidence to treat panic disorder and attacks. There are a variety of ways to treat panic attacks and panic disorder. Pharmacotherapy options include selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), and benzodiazepines. SSRIs, SNRIs, and benzodiazepines are primary treatments for anxiety disorder. They decrease the frequency of panic attacks and severity. Although benzodiazepines may be used to temporarily relieve symptoms however, they are not recommended to use for a long time because of the risk of dependence. CBT is a form of psychotherapy which helps people recognize and overcome negative thoughts and behaviors that may cause anxiety. CBT for panic disorder teaches patients how to recognize anxiety-related thoughts and how to expose themselves gradually to situations that cause panic attacks. Mindfulness-based therapies, like mindfulness-based anxiety reduction (MBSR) or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, employ mindfulness-based techniques such as mindful breath and body awareness in order to help individuals to develop an awareness of their present situation and to accept their thoughts, feelings, and actions. These techniques can help in reducing the frequency and intensity of panic attacks, as well as increasing overall wellbeing. In conclusion the panic attacks and panic disorder are treatable conditions that can have a significant effect on a person's daily life. Patients can treat their symptoms through a variety of evidence-based therapies, like pharmacotherapy, CBT and mindfulness-based techniques. Mental health professionals must be familiar with these options and collaborate with their clients in order to tailor a treatment plan according to their particular needs.

About the Report

The Road Map lists the factors in descending order where the factors at the top have the strongest correlation with rank position in Google and they get incrementally weaker as you go down the list. We recommend that you fix 5-10 deficits at a time then wait 2-12 days to see if there is impact. You can always do more passes later. We want to avoid triggering a "Google Dance" where your page drops out of search for a week or more while Google reprocesses everything. We find that making too many changes at once triggers this. If you do trigger a Google Dance then 9 times out of 10 the correct action to take is to stop and wait. Work on different pages in that case. A Google Dance often results in the same position or better.
